OSO Complex Field As-Built Documentation
This is a facility As-Built projects. The Deliverables cut across all disciplines: Structural, Piping, Electrical, Instrument and Process. Aprosol was a sub-Contractor to ARIOSH limited who was awarded the Contract. Aprosol was in charge of Electrical and Instrumentation deliverables. Our activities involved among others going offshore to physically walk down and red mark-up the existing Process, Electrical and Instrument drawings and also sketch out the one that were not available most especially the Instrument location plans/Equipment layout. The Projects involved 2 Production Platforms, 2 Wellhead Platforms, 6 External Wellhead Platforms, 2 Wellhead platforms joined to the production Platforms with a bridge.

Inim/Enang Field As-Built Documentation Project
Aprosol was a Consultant on the project as the project was awarded to ARIOSH Limited. Our activities involved among others going offshore to physically walk down and red mark-up the existing Process, Electrical and Instrument deliverables and also sketch out the one that were not available most especially the Instrument location plans/Equipment layout.

Usari Facilities As-Built Documentation Project
This project involved a complete As-Built of Usari Facilities. The Deliverable cut across all disciplines: Structural, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Process. Aprosol was in charge of Electrical, Instrumentation and Process deliverables. Aprosol as a sub-Contractor, the activities on the project involved among others going offshore to physically walk down and red mark-up the existing Process, Electrical and Instrument drawings and also sketch out the one that were not available. Also Aprosol lead the effort of generating the As-Built deliverables. The Project involved 1 Production Platform, 1 Riser Platform, 2 External Wellhead Platforms, 1 Wellhead platform joined to the production Platform with a bridge. The project is presently on-going.

UBIT Complex Field wide As-Built Documentation Project.
Aprosol was a sub-Contractor on the project. The project was awarded to Ariosh Limited. Our functions on the project were as follow: Going off-shore Platforms to walk down the process flow of the facilities using the existing P&ID if it is available if not sketch it from scratch. With this we could generate the following As-built Deliverables, P&ID’s, Line list, Valve list, Instrument index. We also capture the existing Instrument data in order to generate data sheets. During the physical walk down of the facilities we were able to generate Instrument location plans, Instrument block diagram, Electronics and pneumatic loop drawings, Hazardous area classifications, Electrical lighting layout drawing, Wellhead control panel elevation drawing showing details of the tubing connections and Electrical single line diagram. The project involved 1 No Production Platform, 1 No Gas Injection platform and 16 No Wellhead platforms. Aprosol was responsible for all the Electrical & Instrumentation deliverables on the Project. Also we checked all the P&ID’s to be sure that they were all correct as per our mark-ups from the field and MPN standards. The project was completed within 8 months.
